Born in a family with many artistic talents it was natural to grow to love music, photographing, drawing and fine arts in general. Maria Lehtman studied fine arts with public and private tutors throughout childhood. Her career has been balanced with commercial marketing activites, private art studies and a demanding sales drive first in the airline and later in the telecommunications industry.

During her career Maria has served various international brands in Sales and Marketing positions, such as the airline alliance Swissair / TAP / Austrian Airlines, Mercuri International and AT&T. She has an International Diploma in Strategic Business Marketing (Dip. EMC, eq. Bachelor's). She is currently employed as a Business Development Executive by Orange Business Services.

Balancing her life between IT sales career and fine arts she continues as a freelance artist under Lehtman.com (established 2005). As a Position of Trust Maria served in the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Finland for a two year term (2005-2006). Maria continues to develop cooperation with international charity organizations and the expanding business network.

And her goal in artwork? To help us see beauty in every small thing - bringing nature's simple wonders closer to us. Quality of life can be visible in interior and communication.
