Ordering

Contact and delivery details must include full details including: name, address, separate delivery address (optional), phone number and e-mail. Confirmation will automatically be sent to your e-mail. Phone number is important for the delivery and mailing. If your contact details change please inform about it promptly.

Pricing

Please check the Lehtman.com WebShop for the current pricing. The price lists are updated regularly. Check the pricing separately for special and custom orders or request for a proposal.

Delivery

Delivery includes normal postage for large letters (cards and posters), packages, pick up from the artist (in Finland) and electronic delivery.

Payment

At the moment we are using following payment methods: bank transfer and invoice (corporations only). Cash payment is possible for local pick up in Finland only. Please call the artist to arrange pick up (intl) 00 358-50-302 0050.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without expense within 48 hours after placing the order if the delivery has not begun. YourArt products (art from you own photographs) are charged in full once prepared. Payment method for these products is mainly PrePayment.

Reclamations

Reclamations for faults in products or delivery must be reported immediately, latest 8 days after receiving the product. Please note that most of the Lehtman.com products are unique art products and not mass produced items so they must be handled with care. Canvas art must be protected from direct sun light and water.
